now playing : Teddy Picker - Arctic Monkeys ☆Recommendations☆ Albums THE BACK HORN - THE BACK HORN  I've heard the whole album and sadly there aren't as many gems as I thought there would be. Maybe after listening to Utsukushii namae I had really high expectations from the band. I'd listen to this album only for a limited number of tracks. Another worthy mention would be niji no kanata he, which can also be found in single utsukushii namae. The Back Horn's vocalist has a rather raw voice so I guess it takes more time to appreciate their stuff. Namie Amuro - PLAY (unreleased)  I'm looking forward to this one, especially the rock number! Namie rooooocks. Singles Gackt - Returner～闇の終焉～ (unreleased)   Listened to the A-side, not too bad except that the tune of the intro and outro is the same as mind forest from album crescent (2003, if I'm not wrong.)...the only difference is that he made this one a few pitch higher. There wasn't any overly nasally voice this time, which is a good thing. Gackt always does those perfect vibratos for every line, he doesn't do it excessively, and I find it admirable. He also has a wide vocal range too, and that makes him one hell of an artiste. ...Just...no more nasty nasally voice please. BUCK-TICK - ＲＥＮＤＥＺＶＯＵＳ～ランデヴー～   I just heard this single this morning and was going like....the hell?!? Yeah, I didn't like it at first. But after listening to it numerous times, I found the A-side extremely likable. Gives me the warm fuzzy feeling. I love Atsushi's vocals in this one. I've never been an avid fan of BUCK TICK's, probably because some of their stuff are too hard for my casual listening. But B-T's definitely in my top 10 list of my favorite bands. Other songs worth listening would be "Dress", "Aku no hana" and "boku no Vanilla". BUCK-TICK's site for their fest 07' has been updated with 2 additions to the performing guests list - rally and abingdon boys school. Both are kick arse bands. BALZAC and J are gonna be there too. WOWOW had better cover this live because obviously everyone is highly anticipating it. Rally's most probably gonna cover B-T's aku no hana, and I'm worrying for teru cuz his vocals are not gonna fit in nicely
